2. Services Description

AstroVastu.ai provides AI-assisted Vedic astrology tools (including birth charts and related reports), Vastu Shastra guidance, numerology calculators, panchang information, and optional live or AI astrologer consultations. Services are offered for personal guidance and education; they are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. User Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use paid features on AstroVastu.ai.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and maintain only one account per person. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

5. Electronic Communications & Messaging

• •By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related messages from AstroVastu.ai via WhatsApp, SMS, or other messaging channels (for example: OTP verification, appointment reminders, consultation updates, and support responses).
• •Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
• •You may opt out of non-essential promotional messages at any time by replying STOP where supported or by emailing us.
• •Essential transactional messages related to your account or active sessions may still be sent when required to deliver the service.

6. Wallet & Payments

• •Wallet must be recharged before starting paid consultations where applicable
• •Minimum recharge amounts are shown at checkout
• •Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers (e.g. Razorpay)

7. Consultation Rules

• •Sessions are charged per minute as displayed on the astrologer profile when applicable
• •Session ends when either party ends the session or the wallet balance is exhausted
• •Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

8. User Conduct

No abusive language, harassment, spam, or fraudulent activity is permitted. Do not misuse AI features to generate harmful or illegal content.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to AstroVastu.ai. You may not copy, scrape, or resell our services without written permission.

10. Disclaimer

Astrology and Vastu readings are interpretive in nature. AstroVastu.ai does not guarantee specific outcomes, accuracy of predictions, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
